correctime
Not sure how this guy isa still brething...... http://www.tswisstime.com/fraud.html If you attempt to commit first party credit card fraud, I will make it my personal hobby to damage your personal life and reputation to the extent of my abilities. Considering that I have all of your personal information on file, the possibilities are almost limitless. For example, one fraudster recently found that a website had been opened in his name, trading photos of under-aged boys. Do you know how hard it is to have a website taken down? It's almost impossible. Even if taken down, it will be reopened in less than 24 hours on a new server. Think twice before trying to commit fraud. So he sends a crappy faulty watch and you, the buyer, as for a repair or replace and he basically says NO. You then proceed to reverse the charges and he slanders you with "scammer" and child porn accusations..... He must be killed.......

I can not help you, its against the law. They never at any point use their real name. To send it to mail station and get it from there somehow. In germany they use a phished packstation and a phished credit card. So If someone is doing real fraud, you will never see their real name at any time. Credit Card fraud is one part of my job so I know what I^m talking about. You dont do credit card fraud with youre own credit card. You never send it to your real address. I mean common 14 year old kids do credit card fraud and they know that. This kind of act is only against customers who are not satisfied with their buy and not against fraud 100%! I think RWG, RP, RWI should do anything legal possible to stop this guy. Erict719
To post someone's credit card number with name an expiry is illegal. If you report to the police, they could do a international trace to get him down. this is a very serious crime
