Maui Jim
I bought a watch from a member here on the 20th of July. Well, as of today, I have not received it. I have tried to contact the seller numerous times, and he was signing on a lot until I started emailing him about my watch. He is CONUS, so it wont take more than 5 days to get to me normal non-priority mail. What can the forum do about it? Luckily I paid with my Capital One card, and they said they will do a charge back no matter whether it was gift, or goods as long as I have an email showing the sellers request for payment as a gift to get around PayPal fees. I have that email. I think sellers that rip customers off on this forum should be banned. The seller is one that has been here a long time too with a good rep before now. It just goes to show you that even the best ones will rip you off. Just because im new here, doesnt mean im stupid and he can get away with this. I have my means to get a refund. He should just ship my watch and be done. At least contact me to tell me whats up. If not, ill have to do it my way.

KB
The concern is where you say 'Long term member', if this is a senior member then there will be an explanation, they don't become long term by ripping people off. Ken

Ken Thats my thinking too Ken, but after so many emails, and no response, but he was logging in, its a little suspicious.
