gplracer Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Very interesting but the band looks too big to be a vintage.
wiesn089 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Looks like a 6263, these aren't as tiny as most people tend to believe. The bezel makes them look bigger, especially with the black dial.
lhooq Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Looks like a 6263 'Belmondo' to me, too. It just goes to show how hard it can be to judge a 4mm difference from a distance.
giobo Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Is it the new with the ceramic bezel???
lhooq Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 I've been looking at this like the Zapruder film, and I think I've changed my mind. I think the position of the subdials gives the game away: Possible Newman reissue? I'm guessing something like that would sell for at least as much as a standard 6263!
Ephry73 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 Also remember that Federer doesn't have Popeye arms. The watch definitely looks like the 6263
tgchrono2 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 maybe something cheap ? http://www.alpha-watch.com/details.php?myid=479 .............im just kidding !!!!!!!!
preacher62 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 I think it's a rep...from Josh...or maybe Andrew...no, probably Yuki stuff.
lhooq Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 I think it's a rep...from Josh...or maybe Andrew...no, probably Yuki stuff. I've figured it out. Apparently, Federer's just switched sponsors:
wiesn089 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 I still do believe it's a 6263. Look at this picture of Daniel Craig wearing his (more loosely, though), the watch-wrist ratio seems to be similar. Man, I need to source a 6263 bezel for my 6265 somewhere...
preacher62 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Posted September 6, 2011 I've figured it out. Apparently, Federer's just switched sponsors: That's it...that's the one. M
