whoever Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 Hi there.... i just received my new strap, and hell, there is an ugly stain, and i'd like to know if there are some approved methods for cleaning without damage....? Unfortunately i don't have a clue what the stain is? Oil? Fabrication accident? etc etc? thanks for any help
Ronin Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 Couldn't resist: Seriously though, maybe run it through a wash cycle with your cloths.
whoever Posted November 1, 2011 Author Report Posted November 1, 2011 well it was not me....so maybe some guy at the post office....
PeteM Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 I have removed stains like that before using car upholstery cleaner and revitaliser.... Or just make sure you have a tissue handy
maxman Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 I agree.......throw It In the wash..maybe puting some of the washing liquid directly on the stain..let It sit for around 30 min or so before wash cycle begins. Good luck. @ Ronin....lol Mike
whoever Posted November 1, 2011 Author Report Posted November 1, 2011 thanks guys, i'll have a try first thing tomorrow.
whoever Posted November 2, 2011 Author Report Posted November 2, 2011 Got a message from strapcode this morning, offered refund or replacement, so I'll go for this... have to say, communication with Stella is excellent.
