The Jury is out on which country/factory they actually refer to but what is know is that KG is newer than MS. Therefore it probably refers the the shift from singapore factory to Malaysia factory in '09. Don't worry seikos have very high quality control. I have two monsters from Osmobiles. Seller is a true professional. The price is very good for this watch - they retail for 380-450. Although if you're American you might save 15-20 buying locally as the Aussie dollar is high ATM.
