What Seems Odd

Look at the the picture that has the watch sitting on the service papers. Under the heading: recommendations declined by customer, the first bullet point states (1-dial black.)

In all the pictures, it is my opinion, that the watch has a service replacement dial.

Thanks B...

Probably my eyes but the dial looks to have a water stain on it.... above the handstack and below the 12.... plus on the top/edge of the minute hand frame...

But basically this watch was abused.... then probably bought cheap and refurbed to turn a profit?

It has to be a service dial. It's simply marked "swiss." I can't say I've seen a dial like that on any 1665. Even the service dials I've seen are marked t swiss t 25. It's odd, and the pearl in the insert looks wonky too.
