What really is the size of gen spring bars?

I'm really confused... Can someone please tell me the dimensions of a gen old style springbars?

Thickness? I believe it is 2mm but I could be wrong

For the GMT and Sub, 20mm width, 1.9mm body, 1.2mm ends.

Thanks, how about the total width/length? I think it's more than 20mm since lugs are 20mm...
