StormTooper4
Can't pull off 47mm unfortunately , but I'm liking the e/f series movement even if it is only half finished
tanya
217 is the clear winner oweing to the movement and I can't wait to add my gen dial and hands Looks like Warren and my Franken Fiddy dominance live to fight another day. However potential Franken Fiddy modders have a hell of a starting point here.
hambone
I see very clear printing of the letters IMG IMG. The 127 is a terrific Pam. My DSN is running well after 6 years now. Maybe try Image Shack Petet, although this site has it's own photo hosting which works really well/ This one came out ok. yet it from Image Shack Edited December 27, 2011 by hambone
Watchmeister
I went and looked at Angus' site. That version looks really good. Yes, they have to finish the bridges and they are still working on the crystal but it looks like it is a big step forward. With a proper front loading case, correct color lettering on the dial and separate milesimation anyone who has ever had a hankering for a Fiddy will try this one. And no the rep will never compete with a franken but at that price point you can't go wrong. With this quality of rep I am betting there will be even stronger demand for gen movements. That is the one piece only Panerai can ever get right.
hambone
I was just curious if there are any documented emergency room admittance records to the trauma ward in relation to this thread. Personally, I have had to double up on my blood pressure meds.
