Hello Gang,

has anybody notice,that the newer WM 1680 has a other movement installed?

It's a ETA 2846 nickelplated with 21 Jewel an 21 600 BPH...

Power reserve 49 h

Same beat as Gen one... :blink:

Are you sure it's not the 2842, same as in my Tudor? :blink:

Would be a great update. The 28.800 bph screaming >FAKE< pretty loud...

Love the ticks of my 1603 with 1575 movement - one of rolex´ best movements ever made.

This is a great upgrade to the vintage pieces... I also installed a 2846 into my MBW 1665 earlier this year. For the money, it's an excellent improvement that gets the beat closer to genuine (though still off by a very small amount; 21600bph for the ETA vs 19800bph for the 1570)...
