Just received my 005N Noob!

Hmm... $118 for a fake box seems a lot. I got a real Panerai box from an AD for a little more then that but it's genuine. I haven't been actually using it so I may just put it up for sale.

You have to buy the boxes etc separately. If they included them with every watch they would charge you say $80 more. So they give you the chance to get the watch at a lower price with no box. For example take a look at this:

They don't even show me more pictures or at least tell me something (it could be a bunch of lies; doesn't matter) to convince me that they are, if not better, of the same quality as the gen. How on Earth are they expecting me to buy an aftermarket strap that may or may not be real leather at $260+shipping?

It's my opinion but I'll say no thanks. When I'm ready to spend $300 on a strap I'll come up with a diffeent strategy. I could buy 2 lightly used gen ones that look, shine, feel and wear like real Panerai straps. And they have it printed on them as well.

I know many of you will say all these aftermarket strap are way above and beyond the OEM ones, which I'm not buying, but no matter how you see it it's hard to make peace with the fact that a generic strap costs $300.

We are still waiting for people to give us feedback on these straps from the dealers. Especially the gwn croc ones. I mean if we can get top quality plus all the Panerao correct marking what more could possibly one want?

the lume on the hands looks abit diff than the lume on the dials.. does the lume on the hands last as long as the one on the dial?? notice that it has been a problem for noob factory's 111
