is it possible to change a lefty PAM to right handed?

Title is self explanatory.. but can a watchmaker do that? By rotating the dial and case maybe? but what happens to the movement? I'm confused lol.

Maybe the lever would then have to point down like a Fiddy. IDK..

Any input is quite appreciated!

if its a base 219 then you ok , othewise the seconds would be wrong on the dial and thus it would be upside down

what do you have a 26?
