They have very different connections to the (rubber) strap, and the replica of the GMT uses the regular super ocean case, which is wrong. importr Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 I never really cared for this model (the gen). Why did they need to put two 24-hr scales on it? So that you could see both timezones in 24hr format? Doesnt take a genius to work out what your own time is in 24 hr format. The normal Abyss with funny bezel font is just about acceptable, but the GMT is like Funny-Font-Fest! To me, it just makes a weird looking watch even weirder.
