Dario33 Posted November 28, 2006 Report Posted November 28, 2006 Thanks for the link. I just purchased a Navitimer and this will have to hold me over until it arrives.
robertk Posted November 28, 2006 Report Posted November 28, 2006 Thanks By-tor. Very informative. Here's another one: http://people.timezone.com/breitling/bfaq/FAQ.html
eunomians Posted April 23, 2007 Report Posted April 23, 2007 Cool! Here's another addition to the history... Wakmann/Gigandet made a triple date version of the watch also having the AOPA logo on the dial. Nanuq, I LOVE the AOPA dial! What a glorious watch! Is it a variation of the Venus 178 movement?
b16a2 Posted April 25, 2007 Report Posted April 25, 2007 Great find Some of the classic Navi's are stunning pieces!
eunomians Posted April 26, 2007 Report Posted April 26, 2007 Gorgeous! I am going crazy lookin' at all these vintage Breitlings. I can't stop thinking about that possible 806 that I'm trying to purchase. I think I will go for a long walk on a short pier.
