Jkay Posted May 21, 2012 Report Share Posted May 21, 2012 If Cape Cod could get out scratches, professionals would use it for that purpose. It is too mild for serious work. It has it's good uses but it can not hope to replace a buffing wheel (or dremel) and rouge. In the same way sandpaper can not replace a belt sander. Cape cod cloths are nice for quick touch ups but for getting a like-new finish, it won't get you there. Too much grit so it'll leave hairline scratches. edit: ha, should've read the thread.
