I followed this one to the end. Do you guys think it went cheap or expensive? I think it went just a little expensive.

I agree, but it all depends on your point of view. If you need one badly, it's probably a deal. Remember that Rolex no longer makes these old parts so where else can you go?

If you do the math this gen midcase is only $300 more than say a Phong midcase. Sure its not a big difference but at the same time you will have to aquire the crystal retainer ring with washer, caseback and the bezel assy which in gen form can add up pretty quick.

All in all for that special build it seems like a fair deal, to me its not worth it since the Phong case is pretty convincing.
