Legend
Mate where is the best place to start looking for the parts?? Hey mate, from forums, ebay, and of cos personal contacts.. for this watch,I bought it complete off a member here. I understand that the parts for AP frankens are becoming increasingly scarce due to AP pulling the plug on the supply.. so you really need to keep your eyes peeled if you are thinking of going down this arduous road..it will be a tough on trust me. Watchmeister
Dials are starting to pop up again on the bay occasionally. The movements are available from donor watches. All the other internal parts - crown, hands, gaskets are what are impossible to get.
olreon
hello, it is now impossible to find gen parts, all sources are dry... some dials popped up at the bay, but gone in a flash... gen hands sets... impossible to find :-( best, olreon
edgematic1
True... AP changed their policy in June, impossible to order any parts directly. Service centres need to take the watch to replace the parts, no replacements are being sold without giving in the timepiece.
