does anyone know if it is a good rep?

Also is close to the gen and what model it is exactly? I have found some pictures but nothing with a model number.

would or should it need any mods done to it?

It's trying to be a 5070 I believe. Here's a pic of the gen. I don't think a patek rep other than the nautilus or aquanaut is very good.

I think you can still get 5070 reps that aren't too close to gen but aren't so bad considering you'll probably never spot a gen in the wild. If I remember correctly the sub-dial spacing was wrong, the case size was off and the word "base" was missing from the dial. Unfortunately I can't remember which dealer carried them.
