Nanuq Posted October 25, 2012 Report Share Posted October 25, 2012 Some knucklehead up on the mountain has a chicken coop and a BIG brown bear was breaking into it 2 nights ago, so he went outside to scare it off, and the bear charged him. So he shot it twice with a 12ga. shotgun. Now the bear is running around up on the mountain, pissed off and hungry. Attempts to track him by blood drops have failed. So this morning the police put out an alert, warning of the wounded brown bear, advising caution. The last sighting? He's just down the road from my house. No wonder the dogs were having fits this morning when we went outside for their morning libations. "If you don't have the sack to track, don't pack" ... seems to apply here.
