Rolexaddict
I start to be interested with Pams... So I have tested by reluming a 029, what I am able to do, I used Tritec Superluminova C1 for this. I think I will be a Pam addict in the coming weeks... the lume color is exactly the same as the gen watch I will shoot tonight in the complete dark Enjoy the pics and sorry for the dust on the close up

w0lf
Very nice job for your first try. I have two criticisms though, the handstack needs more work as it's bleeding into the "skeletons" and also genuine OP automatic model dial lume is not matte, it's semi-glossy. The latter is also true for the v2 reissue of Noob PAM29M that came out in April so my recommendation would be to leave that model dial as-is if one is after accuracy. Genuine 29M:
Cats
Looks a lot better then the lume which comes from the factory. Any price indications for the lume job RA Carpe Diem Cats

Too bad im in Asia Don't mind Folex, I am not sectarian send me your watch, I have a lot of customers in Asian countries, pm me if interested, Very nice job for your first try. Thank you very much for your imputs wOLF, Your critics are positive and constructive, In fact I have considered to apply a semi-gloss clear layer on the lume, I will phone to Tritec again to ask if a clear polyuretan or epoxi resin will not affect the lume performances of the C1 Cats, I am right now thinking of this to offer a Pam lume package, I will pm you in the coming days, Edited December 7, 2012 by Rolexaddict
w0lf
RA,If you want, I have a couple PAM29M handstacks you can practice on, I can just send them your way. I'm looking forward to seeing how the gloss experiment turns out. I know that most modders active right now do not do the correct semigloss look, they leave it matte. The matte look works for lumi handwind models but it's completely incorrect for automatics. I also know that it's possible to do the right way because I have an old-school PAM29B that was relumed by Mark (Finepics) back in 2007 and he nailed the look, so you can help bring back the lost skill:
