mellons
Woo-hoo! Happy new year!!! Just in and straight on the wrist!. The ultimate homage: quick and dirty images of my bead-blasted steel mille metri sterile build courtesy of Esdee! sterile dial lumed by dow and movement/ build put together by Andy Schuhren (I did not trust myself on this one!!). Strap is rubber modded by esdee to fit I also have a custom strap by budda jones (coq straps black sharkskin waterproof) with sewn-in pre-v sterile buckle to try later on. Is very comfortable and eve though steel and not titanium does not feel bulky. After a long wait is finally on the wrist....

mellons
team ingredients as follows: esdee mm case set and pad printed sterile dial, steel case bead blasted esdee rubber strap notched to fit 21mm lugs (sourcing prev 20mm screw-in buckle atm) dial relumed by dow, hands stock 2824-2 eta 2824-2 movement with h5 sourced and installed by andy schuhren (entire assembled by andy) I need to wear this and see where wear would have occurred to case- then cape cod for a while locally .... Cant take my eyes off this. So many times one purchases watches or assembles parts to be ultimately slightly disappointed. Not with this one..... Ephry73
I want mine in plain SS. Of course I'll have to juice up to get my wrists to a thicker size. This watch would definitely replace at least three in my rotations
mellons
It looks a lot larger in the pics than it wears. It is 16.2mm tall, similar to most fiddys, but the sheer bezel sides make it look larger. I am back with the modded citizen rubber strap- the head is incredibly well balanced when on, and this one along with budda jones strap are my favs. First outing undrwater yesterday...
