Guest zeleni kukuruz Posted February 24, 2013 Report Posted February 24, 2013 Sounds nice i always liked the NON date submariner more then the date one Im looking forward to see this non date submariner. And yes, i think it will fit!
ubiquitous Posted February 24, 2013 Report Posted February 24, 2013 14060 dial is too small to fit a 16610 case.
highoeyazmuhudee Posted February 24, 2013 Report Posted February 24, 2013 it will fit a 5513 case, but not a 16610. i always wondered if TC could just make a run of 16610 dials with no date window and a lume marker at 3 oclock. then off to jmb for some lug holes and thats as close as youre going to get (although it will be a slightly larger sub than an original no date) 1
HartDoc Posted February 26, 2013 Author Report Posted February 26, 2013 The project is a no go. I found this info on a gen forum ......................... Sub................. Sub DateCase Size ........ 39.5mm................ 39.5mmCase inc Crown . 43.50mm..............43.60mm (difference could be possible to a higher seated tube)Bezel Diameter... 39.5mm ...............40.00mmThickness.......... 12.20mm ..............12.55mm (Sub Date middle case is thicker as is the bezel)Crystal Diameter..29mm ...................30mmVisible Dial..........25.5mm..................26.5mmLugs.................Holes..................No Holes (since ~2001)Hand length.....................same.......
