need a PAM to fit a small wrist..sugestions please!

Hi Folks, i have a small wrist and would like a PAM to fit it. I like the look and style of the 127 "Fiddy"; but want something in a smaller style. I do't know too much about PAM's ...so your sugesstions would be gladly appreciated to help me decide..
