docthor
I purchased this little beauty last week from a member of RWI. He offered the watch as new and as far as I can see it is. I´m absolutely astonished about its overall qualitiy!! I mean...for less than 100€ I didn´t expect that much...but what I got is amazing!! Its even waterproof out of the box And compared to my "16610 superrep" with TC case and case back I can´t see any difference on the case nor the caseback I guess this one will be a keeper ...and...btw...I don´t mind the slow beat 21j movement as long as it keeps and tells the time
Guest Messi10
For less than 100 it looks great. Realy good bargain

alligoat
Looks like a noobmariner- SN is M458117 SELs don't fit too well But for 100 euros, that's par for the course. Not close to a TC, WM9 or BK TWB though in quality and fitment of gen parts.
docthor
hmmm...it was sold as a so called regmariner originally purchased from Naarika. I don´t know the difference and there maybe is none... Anyway...it really is a bargain shot...at least in my eyes

alligoat
Yes, Reg sells the noobmariners just like everyone else. There's nothing wrong w/ the regmariner/noobmariner for the price as long as the a21j holds up. But the bezel, insert and crystal are not gen spec. This watch came out in 2007 and was hot then, but has been supplanted by better watches- WM9 V1-3, Euromariner (MBK), TC, and BK's TWB. Good mods for your LV are a smaller crown- gen preferably and probably tube, but maybe the existing tube will take a better crown. Better pearl- watchmaterial and slight trim to the insides of the cgs. Or just wear the watch and enjoy!
docthor
Think I´ll go with "just wear and enjoy" To be honest...I think I´m about to buy a TC LV...it just needs some more nights to dream about it
alligoat
Perfect! The reg/noob can be your beater and the TC can be for those easy occasions- no sweat type deals.
dan_189
Nice watch could do with a better crown though!
