Here is my latest purchase (thx devilseam), really a beauty.

 

I guess it´s a v1/v2, definitely not a v6, but nevermind... I like it much, even with some minor flaws (white DW, blue screws...) because of it´s massive presence on the wrist and the polished, shiny bezel. The dial is very well made, also the clasp.

 

Now waiting for my H-screwdriver to replace the strap with a gen. This watch is for sure a keeper!

I made a special deal with the seller - watch only, no screwdriver, no SS bezel, but therefore less pricey. Wondering when (if? ) the screwdriver from Hong Kong will arrive with the snail mail...

I ordered a used gen strap from a member of the german Zeitgeist forum. It's already here, and it's really much smoother! If you are interested, he has another one (also used)...

I have seen gen Hublots with white datewheel base before. 

Its not really a flaw, more like a variation.

Thx legendkiller! I´m preferring black DW because the of the "sunken-DW"-issue; less noticeable when black... Also black DW matches better to the black dial color.

 

@Martijn: will make some gen/rep-strap-pics for comparison, but they are optically nearly the same. The difference is mainly in the softness...

Some quick pics for comparing rep vs. (used) gen strap - the rep strap is installed on the watch:

 

 

 

 

 

The squares on the gen strap are a littler higher, and have more "rounded" edges, the rep looks a littler flatter. But the visual differences are nearly not noticeable, only when looking veeeery close to both straps. But the feeling makes the difference...

Got the watch from a fellow member here and the strap from a german rep forum.

About 2 weeks ago I got a new HBB v6 from Puretime (which I ordered for a friend) and the recent rep straps are way softer...
