CptTripps
Hey gang. Please tell me if I'm being too picky here...The 292 has a (possible) nick in the case, and the screws on the back seem scratched.Does the face on this 390 look crooked?May be the reflection, but it just looks 2-deg off to me.Am I crazy? jellytots
I certainly wouldn't accept them if they were scratches, but AFAIK, ceramic doesn't scratch leaving a white mark like that, so most likely lint on the case. The screwheads, yes most likely scratches so should be rejected. The Pam looks ok to me - the position of the hands might make the dial seem lopsided a little. CptTripps
Already got an email from them, that they'll give me extra screws. I appreciate that. The dial on the 320 just had me scratching my head. Hands + reflection + angle = skewed appearance.

projectologist
I noticed that the crown isn't screwed all of the way down on the 292. Hopefully they just didn't screw it down all of the way, but not being able to screw it down all of the way has been a problem with rep rads in the past and gets worse with use. The 390 dial is fine, just a little distortion from camera lens combining with the xtal's lens effect.
