I'm not even asking it for free. like literally, jus SELL it to me. buying a whole new v4 because of the screwed up v3.5 is just insane. I fixed it yesterday, it was a pretty easy fix. You may try checking with the other TDs if they can sell you the dial or inner bezel. But note that noob is 4.1 and the V4 is from another maker (so it might not fit the V3.5 you have).
