markiemark Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 I am trying to order a gen strap, so I called an AD here. But they want case numbers etc... How am I supposed to order a gen strap? I suppose I can't use the one from my rep... Any ideas?

markiemark Posted July 10, 2013 Author Report Posted July 10, 2013 Depending on what type of strap, i walked into a AD looking for a gen panerai strap and they looked it up in the computer and gave me a price, which was crazy. Ask you ad. Tell them the model you have and go from there, if they as for a serial number tell tehm you dont know it but dont tell them the rep serial, some of them are black listed (or so i hear) but let them know the model number. Maybe it depends on the AD. Some are douchers, some are less douchie...
