NYC resturant suggestion

so i will be going to NYC for business trip and will spend a week there with my lady.. i understand that resturants like Nobu will require at least 30 days advance booking.  are there any big name resturant like Nobu in NYC that in your opinion is a must?  any other suggestion is welcome
