Someday
Took only 6 days after I approved the qc pics from tt to get here. Dial was crooked but easily fixed. Not terrible for a cheapy. What I can see and what I've learned here is that the rehaut engraving isn't supposed to be there on a 16710. The bracelet says 72200 and I believe if that's what style its supposed to be the clasp is also wrong and I don't think that bracelet ever came on a 16710. Anything else I'm missing? Its my first cheapy in about 10+ years. Definitely going to have to start a build now that I've got the watch bug again.
By-Tor
It's quite nice. But there has never been a 16710 with the rehaut engraving.
woof*
Congrats on your new Gmt The engraved rehaut would drive me nuts. It can be sanded off if done properly though. Overall looks nice for an inexpensive watch. Welcome to the forum.
Someday
Ya I should have done some more reading before picking this one up. A gen case is on my wish list.

JoeyB
Rather than a gen case, you might want to try this http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/144657-making-a-gen-style-16710-case-out-of-a-16570-case-and-tw-bezel-assembly/?pid=1089607#entry1089607 I used the bezel assembly from Clark's. I love how mine turned out.
