Alligaror/croc strap help best seller help needed

I have been trying to purchase an alligator /croc style vintage looking black strap for my new 6538 project i checked on ebay but most 20mm lugs have 18mm buckles also want it for 8 1/2 inch wrist. i want to fit a 16mm yuki rolex buckle any help would be appreciated, price range around 25-40 $$$$$

I'm afraid that your choices are going to be limited at that price range. Maybe a croc or alligator print, but nothing genuine.

I bought a genuine croc for my 1803 and it was 20/16. I'll look tomorrow and see where I bought it, they may have alligator grain as well. How big do you, need wrist size wise?

If you go for a gen croc check out Kaufmann Straps. Handmade in Germany with various customization options. They make 20/16 and are great value for the money. I have two and am very pleased with both of them.

Check out seller "buncha2499" on ebay.  Even though they may look like stock photos, they are of the actual band you'll get.  Very reasonable.  I've bought two from him and have been extremely happy with what arrived and the 20mm strap fit my Rolex buckle.  If you don't see what you want/like, keep checking his auctions - he adds new items all the time.
