The tube has two sets of external threads. my "ultimate" noob DSSD arrived with a very cross-threaded tube. alligoat Posted November 19, 2013 Report Share Posted November 19, 2013 I was reading yesterday over at one of the other forums that the crown and tube are 8 mm. And I haven't seen any replacement ones around. Rafflestime has the 8 mm set up but it's for the old 6538 (and 5510) so it's not the same thing. Maybe the dealer could send you a replacement crown and tube and you (or a watchmaker) could put them in. beats sending the watch back to China.
