For the man who has everything or wants watch movement cufflinks

I have had a meeting today with a local company here in the UK that makes and sells watch movement cufflinks.

I can put a really great deal together if enough of our fellow members wanted a pair for $100, there is a choice of shape from round to oval and are simply quite stunning, what do you think?

Do they actually work as far as movement is concerned from a battery standpoint or automatic movement?  Or are they just cool to look at?

Yeah.. Seen these, they are cool.

But they usually go for about $20 on eBay.

Considering the prices of these on their website $100 a pair is a really good deal.

I am unsure if the movements work, however there is a huge disparity between quality and silver versus silver plated.

I have a pair coming and will report back on them.

I bought a pair off someone on here who makes them, £30 a pair IIRC.

Nothing special about the movements, and I think the cuff toggles (or whatever they're called) were silver plated.

They'd have to use outstanding movements to be £100 worth but knowing AJ they will be

They look great   just seen these today on a Brit website for roughly 75$ very nice too!

Depends on the movement used. If its nice enough 100$ is fine, else the cheaper stuff can be have for 30+

I saw somewhere cuff links made from tourbys. I think tourby cages, cofflinks made out of whole tourby movements would be rather big.

 

Now those won't be cheap!
