How to get a VIP membership? Need to sell some of my franken Breitling pieces

Haven't been here for a long time.  How's going?  I've been spending more of my time... fishing. 

 

Is there anyway to get the VIP membership?  The upgrade tab doesn't allow me to email to pm the administrators.  I need to sell some of my franken BCE watches.
