cc33 Posted January 5, 2014 Report Share Posted January 5, 2014 Don't know about any of this but I've seen old (genuine) military dials that when decommissioned get "hole punched", not sure the reason but it appears that the ebay dial has also been "hole punched".. I don't know if any of it is real, but that's something that stands out for me Example of punched dial Drstrong was selling here was the description 2. A Tudor 7922/7924 dial. It's the large size with curved shape. It was NOS, but a genius in the French Navy workshop has removed the feet and drilled some holes on the outer edge.
