Its heart is a v72c movement, and it was made for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (see the AOPA wings). It somehow fits into the Breitling / Wakmann / Sinn lineage just before the Navitimer was introduced. That's all I can find out about it, I've never seen another one.
