Depending on the case style, there are 3 variations of these screws. Rolex part numbers 6973 (flat head, 0.25mm), 6973-1 (flat head, 0.35mm) or 6974 (beveled head).

However, there is nothing special about these screws, so you can use generic case screws of the same type, which can be sourced from most watch parts sellers. Alternatively, you can probably source 1 from a local watchmaker.

Old thread but I have a 6538 which the movement often gets loose. It appears to have the beveled head screws. Which are the correct casing screws for a 1030 movement in a 6538 case?

The part number is 6953 if you are referring to the two tiny screws that hold the crown wheel cap down.

You might find a similar screw in other brands of Swiss movements, but it may need to be shortened and/or polished.
