lukenorris2011
Sorry to create a whole thread about this, but does anybody know a UK seller that sells these movement clamp screws for a Rolex cal1030? Last thing I need : S Any info welcomed. Thanks
freddy333
Depending on the case style, there are 3 variations of these screws. Rolex part numbers 6973 (flat head, 0.25mm), 6973-1 (flat head, 0.35mm) or 6974 (beveled head). However, there is nothing special about these screws, so you can use generic case screws of the same type, which can be sourced from most watch parts sellers. Alternatively, you can probably source 1 from a local watchmaker.
melav8r
Old thread but I have a 6538 which the movement often gets loose. It appears to have the beveled head screws. Which are the correct casing screws for a 1030 movement in a 6538 case?
mohammed boota
hi i am looking for a crown wheel screw for rolex cal 1030 please can somebody help
automatico
The part number is 6953 if you are referring to the two tiny screws that hold the crown wheel cap down. You might find a similar screw in other brands of Swiss movements, but it may need to be shortened and/or polished. Here is one but going by the price, they are very proud of it: Rolex 1030 6953 Crown Wheel Screw Genuine Watch Part (1 Screw) | eBay Here is another one for $10USD but they will stab you with shipping charges etc. Rolex® 1030 Crown Wheel Screw (jewelerssupplies.com)
