Did TC sub/ bk wm9 came with dial spacer?

or did they install the movement retaining ring on the movement before they input the dial on?

So they use that retaining ring as a spacer to raise the dial instead? Please help

Both cases are designed to be used with the 2824 (assuming you are talking about WM9's v3), so a dial spacer isn't necessary.

I have noticed on some TC subs, there is a white paper type spacer stuck the the movement ring, dial side.
