To me, (and I appreciate you pointing out the differences between the rep and your friends' gen), most average people wouldn't be able to identify those flaws, even if you handed it over to them for close inspection.

 

The harder sell, at least for me, would be trying to pull off wearing a $20K timepiece in the first place!!

Late to this thread but never late to say 'THANK YOU' for posting this.

 

I agree with fellow members that we nitpick a lot naturally, and rightly so in many cases. But judging from that side-by-side, the 44mm SS is absolutely well replicated.
