Verifying Autehnticity Of Tropic 39 Sd

I recieved my Tropic 39 today from my ebay win and I have a few questions. The bag pictured in the add is a green wax bag, the one it came in is red print. I don't know enough about Rolex to tell authenticate that it's the gen crystal. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to veryify its gen?

Personally I find the best way for me to tell is to place the crystal over a piece of graph paper and compare it to a photo I found on here(I can't remember who it belonged to) with a comparison between a replica superdome, a flat top 39 and an authentic 39 SD
