114060 are identical to 116610 apart from dial and movement and cyclops ha ha

Since this is my first rolex rep, I'm a total newbie and would appreciate your thoughts on my crystal dilemma.

Maybe I could trade or sell my gen 116610 crystal for a cyclops-free crystal. Does gen crystal convey a substantial improvement in clarity? Would a non-gen crystal with AR actually look better if I wanted a cyclops-free crystal?

just get a v3,use the noob crystal remove cyclops, use a bp 114060 dial ,add gen bezel and insert, job done.

My v3 has gen dial, gen crystal, gen bezel assembly, gen insert, and gen crown, vaclumed bp hands ,im getting gen clasp next

Thank you, I may just do that or buy one of yours! Lol

Let me know if you find a gen clasp. I LOVE the glidelock. White lightning is magic for the bracelet.

If you heat the cyclops with a mini blow torch lighter for 1-2 seconds it slides off.. Use something hard and plastic to slide it off once the glue that was holding it has been heated. Voila, no cyclops but still has a date.

But will it have AR under the wart... uhhh, I mean cyclops?

@live1.  What die or tool do you use to put press the retaining ring?  Is the insert mounted on the gen bezel first?  or after the retaining ring secures the bezel?

Fedex says the package is now leaving Chennai... But the seller is located in Delhi, which is on the opposite side of the country (India is huge by the way).

Should we be worried?

Gen dial… check

Gen ceramic bezel assembly… check

Gen AR crystal… check

Noob V3 SubC (A2836)… check

All I need is someone to assemble! Of course I need to have the parts in hand first, lol.  All parts arrive next week! Cant wait!
