Noob LMPO dead on arrival..... grrrrr

After days waiting and checking the tracking my Noob LMPO arrived..... It looks great but the thing doesn't work.

It looks like the minute and second hands are catching on each other and nothing is moving.

Has anyone else been in this situation? Am I basically stuffed and I've lost my money?

I've emailed the sellers. No reply as of yet.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,

Does sort it out mean I have to post it back to china at my cost , risk loss, risk seized by customs and wait for it to be repaired?

Can I not take it to a UK watchsmith? Or someone on here?

I've got it working by adjusting the time forward. As soon as the minute hand gets between 4 and 6 the second hand crashes into it.

Pretty annoyed.

Email the TD.   Send clear photos and detailed explanation of the problem.   You'l likely be offered a small credit to have it repaired yourself, or send it back.    There is risk in sending it back.   If you do, be sure you follow instructions to the letter and send it via a priority method that allows for tracking.

I just sent a bad watch back to Andrew from the USA, using International Priority mail.   He received it in 10 days, repaired it in 6 weeks and I received it back in perfect working order, just today.   It'll take patience on your part if you send it back.   If you can locate a watchsmith to look at it for you, it will probably be an easy fix.

Had the same issue on my steel fish. I was gutted, however turns out not a huge problem mate. Hands had been pushed on a bit too hard. Think it cost me 20 quid. Take the hit and show the td your a stand up guy, it will come back to you I'm sure.

Bvc.

If you don't want to post it back, you could try sending it to Nick or Alex @ ukwatchservices, do a search within the forum for UK Watchsmiths.

There are lots of people that have sent them back to China with different results, some positive and some negative. I'd personally avoid posting it back, it's something you need to factor when buying any watch, the possibility that it may need a service or at least some work on arrival

Good luck.
