danielv2000
I had to send one my gens out for a service. What should I expect back in terms of the "package"? - service box - warranty card - warranty information Anyone have any pictures of what these should look like? I'm a little paranoid... Thank you
Bc1221
Why would you be paranoid sending a rolex to the rolex service center? Unless you've got rep parts on there, shouldn't be any problems. The only thing you should expect is a large bill
danielv2000
I'm paranoid because I'm going through an AD. I know it should all be fine and dandy but... I should have sent it directly.

danielv2000
I don't mind the polish. It's a modern watch with a few bruises on the case that need some work. I just never know.. I think I will call Rolex Canada to make sure they actually received it!!!

I think I will call Rolex Canada to make sure they actually received it!!! If it's a modern watch then as said relax, worse that happens is they loose it and have to replace it for you. The next worse that will happen is they charge you a shit load for a service and your cursing having to spend what would amount to a new watch just for a service.
