JackWalsh
I love vintage Subs. I love obscure variants. I love the idea of having a replica watch I could make up an interesting story to go along with. I'm new to the replica watch scene and I was wondering if anyone makes a replica Serpico y Laino Sub dial or perhaps any other even more obscure Sub dial variants. Ezio
Why Would you make up a story for The watch ??
freddy333
Welcome & I hope the purpose of the story is not to trick someone into thinking the rep he is buying is a rare gen with a (fake) provenance. But for variations on the Sub theme, check with some of the sellers listed under Watches, Clothing & Accessories on our main page
alligoat
I've never seen a Serpico y Laino dial on a sub, rep or real. We do have rep sub dials with Cartier and Tiffany on the dial.
Beachcomber
Welcome Jack, I'm new myself as well, although not too keen on the story thing though. These S & L dials are rare enough in the gen world, I almost picked up a 6920 a while ago when I still had disposable income but decided against it. I imagine it wouldn't be too difficult to reproduce by someone skilled enough to take on the job. I'm interested if you are able to find a source. Interesting... Beachcomber
Well, I just found one over on Yuki's website but they are out of stock. Wow, I've never seen one before. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
