its a maurice lacroix global timer something or rather, basically cheaper answer to the jlc compressor.check out ml webpage if u like it.(which i cant imagine!)

Thanks! I found it on prestigetime - it's called the Masterpiece Chrono Globe. The black dial version on prestigetime is only $3736.

Reposted on the general forum and someone led me in the right direction.

It's a Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece Chrono Globe...only goes for around $3800.
