dusk
Picked up on m2m and arrived this morning. I'm not a fan of many of the ROO range but this is one that I particularly love (I'm sure not to everyone's taste!) The watch is a v2 and strap is an after-market hornback and really is superb. dusk
Mate you sure are getting the AP addiction.. Another stunning piece! I know haha! I must stop it now. I have 4 really nice reps and a few inexpensive gens. Too addictive though!
panerai153
I really like the MH , would make a great summer watch. Otherwise, maybe somewhat limited wear options. Very nice !!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
tomwid12
I wish they would move the date 1mm to the left. It's the most telling sign of a rep on these new ones. I mean how hard is it to move it 1mm?

I mean how hard is it to move it 1mm? It must not be as easy as we think it would be. If the Date Window was moved in to the same position as the one on the gen, that would make the dial a whole lot more believable.
dusk
I didn't know about this flaw but yes I guess there must be a reason, tbh I think in reality surprisingly few people have heared of the AP brand let alone would pick up on a 1mm difference. My boss collects tags (not my thing) and classes himself as a bit of a watchy and he had never heard of the brand. In a way this is a good thing as I don't look like a £20k watch guy and wouldn't feel comfortable wearing a recognisable £20k watch as its an obvious lie. I can pull subs off and seamasters but not APs Incidentally same boss nearly grabbed it off my wrist today at work he was amazed. It's nice to just wear a damn handsome watch for the sake of how good lt looks! APs have got arty design sewn up
Legend
I wish they would move the date 1mm to the left. It's the most telling sign of a rep on these new ones. I mean how hard is it to move it 1mm? The reason the datewheel is in the position it is on the rep, is due to the A7750 modified movement. The date window position was designed to coincide with the datewheel position in the movement. The same movement used explains the pusher and crown positions, hands pinions, case thickness, and datewheel visual depth differences in the rep, all known flaws in the AP reps. I would however like to say that the MH is a very nice rep specimen. The hands pinion size looks to be more accurate to gen given the dial layout. The date window is also not touching the edge of the tachy like a lot of 42mm ROO reps. Be happy with this watch, it is as nice as an ROO rep can get without going franken. Wear her well.
