Is TC KH 16610 correct for a lughole case?

First, you need to know the diameter Inside your MBW case, for the dial fitting.

Then ask TC the exact diameter of his KH dial

He wasn't on about the size, it's the periodical correctness of the KH dial in a lugholes case I think..

You are right. There are several versions of the dials. I wonder if the KH dial is correct for a lugholes case.

The P series, which would be near the end of the lug hole cases has a slightly different dial.

The second markers normally enclosing SWISS MADE are the same height as the ones underneath SWISS MADE.  That's the biggest difference that jumps out at me.  Also, I believe those period dials were Luminova.  Later, Rolex started using Super Luminova.

However, it could be a service dial...   :)
