Interesting Problem With My Recent 45mm Po

Here is a new one for you.....After a month of great performance I went to set this today and couldn't catch a thread when trying to screw down the crown. I'm not sure if the pic helps since I believe the treads are inside, but there is simply nothing to catch onto, you can push the crown right up against the case. I'm just curious if anyone else had this or if this is just a freak. I really have bad luck with reps, sometimes I seriously think the universe is trying to tell me something

I hyad this happen to my 45mm PO. The tube has come out of the case. it needs to be reset with Cement or whatever kind of adhesive is used to install tubes into cases.

This has come up in a couple of recent threads on the forum - I don't think the tube has come out if it's an 'ultimate' PO.
