Who decorates movements?

None.

It is one of the things the Rep factories overdo and often this creates problems to the movement itself or even ruins reps (thick reps because of fake plates... Just as stupid as it is...), let alone when you need to service it...

So why o why do you need to do something like that on a closed back watch?

I have a newly built DJ build from Matt with a Swiss movement on the way, and need to have the movement decorated properly.

Decorated properly how? First of all, Rolex movements aren't really decorated to begin with. They are finished but not decorated. Notice, they never have open casebacks. They produce, high quality, robust, machine made movements with the intention of longevity over beauty.

Second, you're watch will have a Swiss ETA movement, not a Swiss Rolex movement so they will look nothing alike. No amount of decoration could do that. You may be able to find a replacement rotor that looks somewhat similar to a Rolex but that's about it.

However, it's not really necessary since like I said above, the watch has a closed caseback so it's impossible to tell unless you remove that.

Now, if you just want to have it generally decorated for the look, it would probably be expensive and add no value to the watch, but I'm sure it could be done. Who would do that, I couldn't tell you.

Change it with the "best quality" Asian clone as they come with engine-turned bridges.  It would be possible to re-work yours but the price would be prohibitive...
