lovepanerai Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 picked up this beautiful Sinn U2 in Germany before Christmas. The quality compared to my genuine Panerai 25 is definetly better and it wears very comfortably for the size. Enjoy the pictures.
swdivad Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 Great watch and nice shots... I have an U1 and it is very good quality. That reminded me to wear mine today
lovepanerai Posted January 3, 2007 Author Report Posted January 3, 2007 seems like we have similar taste ;-) great taste that is :-) :-)
longshot Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 i have a friend with a U1, a stunner! i like the GMT even better wear it in good health!
Pugwash Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 I like the U2, apart from it reminds me of that sanctimonious snot-rag Bono. Truly a gorgeous watch, but every non-WIS is going to ask you if you prefer Achtung Baby or The Joshua Tree, much like the SlyTech makes you kinda homo-erotic. I wonder if it's available without the U2 text on it ps. Totally amazing, gorgeous watch. I really, really want one,a part from that bloody text.
chris5264 Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 Great pictures,,,,I saw an ad that someone was looking to trade one of these for a Kobold spirit of america, which I just picked up and I have to say I'm tempted to make the trade.
Pugwash Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 I think would do that trade. I think I would too.

The U2 would be a problem for me as well for very much the same reasons you stated. Such a shame, too, because I really dug U2 pre-Joshua Tree.
Pugwash Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 Such a shame, too, because I really dug U2 pre-Joshua Tree. You mean before Boner disappeared up his own erse? Sure, Boy, War, Blood Red Sky, all amazing albums by a very angry bunch of passionate young men. Amazing stuff back then. It's such a shame they grew up to be U2. ps. Yes, it's a lovely watch.
lovepanerai Posted February 8, 2007 Author Report Posted February 8, 2007 since it didn't get any wrist time I traded it for a Breitling Hercules chrono on Timezone - it was one of those impulse buys, but I actually never really got used to the look of it on my wrist - seems like my taste changes rapidly
V Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 I think I would too. I think I would three Do it Chris..
